Dog Food

Afterwards the whole family came out to see the opossum. My children named her "Dog Food". We asked my son, who fed the dogs earlier, "did you leave the lid off the dog food?", to which he said, "no." Everyone should beware that Opossums can open lids now.

Production Notes

So... these production notes are just for to do some kvetching about the process.

For this comic, and "tuh-wilight" I used printer paper for the watercolor layer, which has a more grainy texture. Because printer paper is so thin you have to be really careful about scrubbing the paint around, as it's very easy to tear our cause the paper to pill. I made the color layer for each of these comics brighter than I would otherwise because I wasn't super happy with the texture.
